Dental, Vision & Hearing Insurance

Dental, vision and hearing coverage handles the everyday costs major medical leaves behind — cleanings, fillings, eye exams, glasses, contacts and hearing aids — so a routine appointment stops being a budget decision.

No obligation. No cost to you. We never sell your information.

What Dental, Vision & Hearing Covers

These are the predictable expenses that never feel predictable when the bill arrives. Dental coverage typically includes cleanings and exams, fillings, and a share of larger work like crowns, bridges and dentures. Vision coverage handles annual eye exams, lenses, frames and contacts. Hearing coverage contributes toward hearing tests and hearing aids.

Standalone or Added Alongside a Health Plan

Many Marketplace health plans include pediatric dental as an essential health benefit but do not include adult dental. Adding a standalone dental plan is common, and it can be paired with any major medical plan — or bought on its own if you already have health coverage through work.

Vision and hearing benefits work the same way. They are separate policies, and they do not affect your health plan's network or deductible.

How Waiting Periods and Annual Maximums Work

Most dental plans pay up to an annual maximum and apply a waiting period before larger procedures are covered. Preventive care is usually covered right away; major work often waits six to twelve months. Vision and hearing plans typically allow one exam or one device per year.

We tell you the waiting periods and maximums before you enroll, not after you need a crown. If you have work already scheduled, say so — that changes which plan makes sense.

Who It Fits

Families who want predictable costs for the dentist and the eye doctor. Self-employed clients with no group benefits. Anyone on a Marketplace plan that leaves adult dental out. And clients approaching retirement who want to lock in a dental and vision plan before they need it.
